Zee Apparel Return & Exchange Policy

At Zee Apparel, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every item you purchase from us! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase when returning an item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bibs, undergarments, or socks
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Exchange Policy

We offer size or style exchanges for the same product value, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size or style is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or replacement item as per your choice.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or wrong item received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For defective or incorrect items, please email us with pictures at support@thezeeapparel.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@thezeeapparel.com with your order details and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the simple return/exchange process.

Once approved, ship the item back to our return address provided by our support team.
